Last week, our team visited EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorfand spent several days walking the halls and meeting industry partners. We also had on-site conversations with suppliers about manufacturing, quality control, and logistics.

With over 81,000 trade visitors from 141 countries and 1,840 exhibitors from 61 nations, the 23rd EuroShop came to a successful close. EuroShop reinforced a simple point: retailers are actively shaping what’s next—— using AI and digital tools not only to improve efficiency, but also to develop new business models and strengthen the customer experience.

From a delivery perspective, this trip also felt timely.

In today’s world—where cross-border operations face more uncertainty and disruptions can happen without much warning—it’s not enough to aim for “better.” We have to design and deliver in ways that reduce risk, improve predictability, and keep projects resilient even when conditions change.

At the same time, sustainability can’t stay as a slogan.

Higher sustainability standards increasingly show up as real constraints and real expectations—in materials, energy use, packaging, and lifecycle planning. We’re not claiming to have it solved, but we’re building toward it, step by step.

For us, the value of this trip was turning what we saw into delivery-ready thinking: materials, fabrication methods, lead times, cost control, and on-site execution.
